2. Shipping Regions & Eligibility

Special Notes for Glassware Products: As glassware (e.g., toothbrush cups, drink cups) is fragile, we conduct additional safety inspections (e.g., checking packaging integrity, confirming shockproof packaging) to ensure compliance with international transportation regulations, which may slightly extend handling time (no more than 1 extra business day).

For glassware, additional packaging materials (e.g., bubble wrap, foam, shockproof boxes) are used to prevent breakage, which may affect shipping weight and cost.

6. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

Buyer Responsibility: You are solely responsible for all import duties, taxes, customs clearance fees, and related charges imposed by the destination country. These fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

Customs Delays: Due to the fragile nature of glassware products, customs inspections may take longer than usual. We are not liable for delivery delays caused by customs inspections or non-compliance with the destination country’s import regulations.
7. Order Fulfillment & Risk Transfer

Stock & Cancellation: We reserve the right to cancel orders due to stock shortages, pricing errors, invalid payment, or non-compliance with shipping regulations (e.g., orders to restricted regions).
